Very recently, it was inaugurated in September 2017, with a modern and pleasant look but apart from these features it is definitely in line with the rest of the air terminal.
I have visited this lounge dozens of times, and I must say that it has never shined, not even a few days after it opened.
The lounge
It is located on the departure floor, but outside the screening area, which means that to board you will need to exit the lounge and go through security, fortunately you can take advantage of the fast track connected to the lounge exit.
Two check-in desks with dedicated staff are located at the entrance, this allows passengers to skip the line of the airport's check-in bachi and do it in the less crowded lounge. They can be accessed by passengers with specific cards, such as the priority pass And of course those who have premium class status or ticket.
The hall is not very large, but adequate for the stopover; it also has two small rooms where you can make phone calls in privacy. The main disadvantage is that it is located in the public area and not inside the sterile area.
Food & Beverage
This is the sore point of the lounge. Despite different catering management, the result has never changed too much. Both in the morning for breakfast and during the day for refreshments, the offer is totally insufficient. Problematic is the fact that entrance to the lounge is handled directly by airport staff, which is not the case in any other lounge I have frequented.
However, these personnel are not in charge of controlling what happens inside the hall. The food & beverage part as well as the cleaning is done by the catering manager and the one who manages the air terminal cleaning.
The result is very often a nonexistent supply of food, already scarce by nature, and clutter and dirt left on seats and tables by passengers.
In conclusion
There is no alternative, take it or leave it, I would certainly avoid entering for a fee unless there is a boar convention going on in the rest of the airport.
