Where can you go for a weekend away from Italy?

In recent months we have learned about the meaning of nonessential travel. Tourism, unfortunately, falls into this category.
In the hope that the Covid-19 situation will improve, with this article, which we will keep updated over time, we want to answer the questions of those who, despite the pandemic and the uncertainty of the situation want to move for recreation.
In the final version of the DCPM just signed by the Prime Minister, the cruise ban has disappeared, so it is still possible to go on a vacation on board. Displacement in the Italian territory
In moderate risk regions "orange zones" are prohibited all travel in and out of the territories except for proven reasons of work, health or necessity; allowed at all times to return to one's home, dwelling or residence.
For regions that are placed In a red zone scenario, all movement is prohibited in and out of the territories and within them, except for proven work, health or necessity situations, as well as returning to one's home, residence or dwelling.
Movements in Europe of citizens or residents of Italy
The Prime Minister's DPCMs divided the destinations by zones, and each zone is assigned a different protocol.
San Marino and Vatican City: no limitation.
EU COUNTRIES (except those listed in List C), Schengen, Andorra, Monaco: travel to/from List B countries is permitted without the need for justification, thus also for TOURISM, and without the requirement of isolation upon return. There remains a requirement to complete a 'self-declaration. Same measures apply for passengers bound for the Faroe Islands and Greenland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen Islands, Azores and Madeira;
List C-Belgium, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: there are no restrictions on travel to these countries. Those, on the other hand, who enter/return to Italy from these Sates (after a stay or even just transit in the 14 days prior to entering Italy), in addition to filling out a'self-declaration, must also: submit a statement that they have undergone, in the 72 hours prior to entry into the national territory, a molecular or antigenic test, carried out by swab and found negative; or alternatively undergo a molecular or antigenic test, to be carried out by swab, upon arrival at the airport, port or border place (where possible) or within 48 hours of entry into the national territory at the local health authority of reference. Medesimal requirements regarding territories under the jurisdiction of EU states: Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British bases on the island of Cyprus; Spanish territories on the African continent; Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte.
For example, while Italy places no restrictions on travel to Great Britain, there is a requirement to Quarantine for those coming to the island from our nation. So you can go as a tourist to England, but first you will have to quarantine for 14 and then you can move freely.
Movements out of Europe of citizens or residents in Italy
Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Republic of Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay: for Italian regulations, travel to/from these countries is allowed without the need for a reason, so even for tourism. Upon returning to Italy, it is necessary to undergo Fiduciary isolation and health surveillance for 14 days, fill out aself-declaration and you can only reach your final destination in Italy by private means (airport transit is allowed, without leaving the dedicated areas of the air terminal).
Rest of the world: travel to/from the rest of the world (i.e., all states and territories not specifically mentioned in other lists) is permitted only when there are specific reasons, such as: work, health or study reasons, absolute urgency, and return to one's home, dwelling or residence. Thus, travel for tourism is not permitted.
Which nations you can enter without being quarantined
We start with the more distant destinations and then move on to Europe.
Regarding the list of non-EU countries, of all those present only Tunisia and Rwanda currently have their borders open to tourists from Italy. L'Australia leaked that the borders will not reopen until late 2021, while Thailand has postponed the reopening test until a later date. Then there are the nations that are open to tourists but that we Italians are not allowed to reach, but that is a different story.
