South Africa, Bali and Chile ready to reopen their doors to tourists

The austral summer is approaching and, as happened in Europe in June, nations in the southern hemisphere are preparing to reopen their borders in an effort to revive the economy hard hit by Covid-19. Of course, the hope is that the virus will provide a respite.
If Australia and New Zealand have already announced which have no plans to reopen in 2020, other nations, on the other hand, are ready to welcome back the tourists who have been missing since March, which is when the coronavirus from a Chinese problem became a global pandemic.
Starting in Asia it seems that only Bali in Indonesia will (perhaps) reopen the borders.
The green light is expected to come on Dec. 1, according to local media reports, all passengers arriving at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) will have to undergo swabbing and then be transferred to a facility to await the outcome.
Also in Asia will open on Sunday, November 22, the bubble between Hong Kong and Singapore, from then on, residents of the two nations will be able to move for any reason between the two countries without being quarantined.
La Thailand has begun to welcome small groups of tourists, but currently plans to reopen only to people intent on staying at least 14 days. In any case, all those entering the country will be forced into a kind of quarantine with a requirement to spend 14 days in the resort and will have to test negative for 2 swabs before they can move freely within the country.

South Africa in chronological order is the latest to announce the reopening to tourists, through a twitter post by the president of the South African Republic.
Negative swab no older than 72 hours, retest upon arrival and adequate health insurance to cover any medical expenses and related quarantine, these are the requirements for unrestricted stay in the southernmost state on the African continent.
Jumping to South America, Chile has made it official that as of November 23. you will be able to return as a tourist, as well as in Argentina, Brazil and Peru. It appears that the only nation that will not reopen for the summer will be Uruguay.
Recall that currently the only one of the nations mentioned, where Italians could fly for non-essential reasons, it is really Uruguay, which, however, does not seem intent on opening to tourists before spring 2021.
