Ryanair's plan
If you mention Boeing 737 Max in Europe you automatically think of Ryanair. The low-cost airline has made a large investment, ordering as many as 75 new aircraft. A figure in addition to the 135 planes requested. An order, the latter, confirmed. More than 200 aircraft that will add to the fleet.
The plan, according to Eddie Wilson, CEO of Ryanair, is to offer the 737 Max initially in the UK. No doubt that they will be involved in the summer routes. Of the same opinion, of course, Michael O'Leary, the company's owner: "As soon as the virus starts to slow down, Ryanair and our partner airports in Europe will re-establish their schedules, recovering lost traffic and helping various European countries reinvigorate the tourism industry."

The boss particularly believes in this plane, quieter, cheaper and more comfortable. Lower fuel consumption and cheaper prices. This could be the path chosen by the company to entice its customers to trust the 737 Max again. It is not yet clear what policy Ryanair will follow but, for the moment, it is certain that the name of the aircraft has been changed. It will be introduced as 737 8200 Gamechanger (8 is the model and 200 passenger seats).
