Online travel agency Kayak opens its first property: the Kayak Miami Beach Hotel is born

In times of crisis and restrictions there are those who have been forced to close, this pandemic has been a hard blow for the economy especially for the travel and hotellerie. But there are also those who continue to invest For the future: one example is the online travel agency Kayak who decided to open his first hotel.

The chosen location is the beautiful Miami and it is a boutique hotel right in the heart of Miami Beach. A concentration of luxury and technology, realized in partnership with Life House,  design hotel management company with hotels scattered around the world.

Official opening date: April 11.

Kayak's futurist idea

The Kayak Miami Beach stands in place of the Life House Hotel in Collins Park, in a beautiful 1934 Art Deco building, guests will have 52 rooms available.

The new facility will be revolutionary, it will be a real "Tech-Hotel", in which you can make the check-in in 60 seconds via the Kayak app, scan the various QR codes for information, sign the "Digital Guestbook" and get 24/7 support.

This will be made possible through the creation of a "Life House Software." As explained by Rami Zeidan, CEO of Life House, it will serve to improve the user experience (guests will not have to download any additional apps other than Kayak's and once at the hotel they will have everything at their smartphone) and will allow guests to employees to take care of the hotel and its guests, leaving the paperwork to the back office.
