The offer is not present on all profiles, but can be activated only by those who receive a specific email and only on the credit card chosen by American Express.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer _ E-week Amazon

Until April 30, 2021, holders of certain American Express base cards who make one or more transactions with a total or cumulative value of at least €40 on Amazon.co.uk will receive a bonus equivalent to 1,000 Membership Rewards® points or 1,000 Alitalia miles or 1,000 Payback points (the "Promotion"). The bonus is valid only once during the term of the Promotion.

The bonus will be assigned automatically to the cardholder's Membership Rewards/Millemiglia/Payback account and will be visible on the same, as well as on the relevant card statement, with the following description:
- Bonus Membership Rewards® Points: "Bonus Membership Rewards Points" or "Bonus Points."
- Alitalia Bonus Miles: "Alitalia Bonus Miles" or "Bonus Mileage."
- PAYBACK Bonus Points: "PAYBACK Bonus Points" or "Bonus Points."

To access the promotion, it is necessary to register via the communication received (the "Registration") by April 30, 2021. Upon completion of the registration process, the holder will view a confirmation message. Registration will be finalized within 24 hours.

American Express reserves the right to provide for other forms of enrollment in the "Amazon e-week" promotion during the course of the promotion. The promotion is valid only for holders of American Express varta issued in Italy and only for transactions made at Amazon.co.uk during the indicated period of validity.

The bonus of 1,000 Membership Rewards points or 1,000 Alitalia miles or 1,000 Payback points will be awarded automatically, generally within 8 weeks after the amount related to the transaction made with an American Express card has been debited from the Membership Rewards/Mileage/Payback account of the cardholder who made the transaction and in any case by December 31, 2021. For the purpose of awarding the 1,000 Membership Rewards points or 1,000 Alitalia miles or 1,000 Payback bonus points, transactions made by 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2021 will be considered valid.

Sure, 1,000 points may seem small, but considering that you have to spend 600 to 1,000 to earn them, it is better than nothing.
