Waldorf Astoria Miami: will be the hotel in one of the world's tallest residential buildings

Lo Skyline of Miami will change forever, Waldorf Astoria, historic brand of Hilton, will add a memorable addition to the already rich offering of luxury residences in Miami.

As we can see from the graphic renderings of ArX Solutions, even the form will be unusual: i 100 floors of the property will be distributed in 9 cubes "staggered" glass.

It will rise at No. 300 in Biscayne Boulevard and will have a height of almost 320 meters. We still do not know the exact number of apartments, roughly we expect about 200 rooms hotel e 350 residential units.

The project will be realized through a collaboration between Property Markets Group of New York, Greybrook Realty Partners of Toronto, and S2 Development, led of course by Hilton Waldorf Astoria.

What will the hotel rooms in the new Waldorf Astoria Miami look like?

The 200 hotel rooms, all Junior Suites, will be located in the first 3 "cubes" with Reception on the ground floor.

There will be elevators individuals and semi-private; bathrooms and closets will be custom made by BAMO in partnership with Waldorf Astoria.

All hotel guests will be provided with a custom app with which to use the services of 24-hour front desk and generally all building services.

The view is also incredible from the bathroom: the residential building, in fact, will be the higher in the southern United States, from Manhattan on down.

The amenities of the Waldorf Astoria Residences

There will be no shortage of spa and center fitness, in addition to the hall billiards And to the guest suite. On the 40th floor there will be a private residential swimming pool With hot tubs and relaxation areas.

Also inside is a brasserie, cafeteria, and bar at the pool level, open all day and with breathtaking view on Miami Bay. Also present is a restaurant on the 5th floor with a renowned chef (but not yet introduced).

For the Business there are private rooms for board meetings, library, meeting rooms and outdoor terraces, as well as free 24-hour car parking and drop-off service.
