More and more countries are reopening their doors or announcing the possibility, in a short period of time, of travel back to their territories. Just think of the Thailand. An official statement from the Minister of Tourism stressed that it is Indonesia's intention to reopen as many regions as possible over the next few months, provided that the pandemic in the country can be managed in the best possible way. Therefore, a vaccination program has been prepared to succeed in inoculating certain groups of people, which includes tour operators.

As much as official statements bode well for the reopening of Bali and beyond, to date this is nothing more than a first step. Let no one pack their bags and book their flights, then.
