You can enter Croatia even if you have recovered from Covid within the last 6 months, documenting it with a medical certificate. Otherwise, the negative result of a swab made within 48 hours before departure.
In the absence of the latter, upon arrival in Croatia travelers will submit to a swab at their own expense and will be required to remain in quarantine until the result is received.
Denmark
As for travelers from countries considered to be at bass risk, so green and yellow, there is a requirement for negative Covid test within the 48 hours from departure, plus a second test within 24 hours of entering Denmark (children under 13 are exempt).
Travelers who are cured of Covid are no longer considered contagious and can enter the country by showing A certificate of recovery.
If travelers come from orange or red countries, however, they must have a valid motivation to enter the country. In addition to the preventive isolation requirement of 10 days (even in the case of a negative swab result prior to entry into Denmark), quarantine can be shortened with a negative test performed within 4 days of arrival.

Finland
