"Faster, Together": Canada's campaign reopening Sept. 7

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce has launched the "Faster, Together" a national campaign explaining how vaccination can bring us back together, faster. "The message is simple: the faster we all do our part and get vaccinated, the faster we can all come back together and get our lives and businesses back to normal," said Canadian Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Perrin Beatty.

The initiative stems from the collaboration of over 100 organizations representing business, industry and education sectors, labor unions, influencers and national brands. The initiative is co-chaired by Bruce Anderson (Abacus Data, spark* Advocacy) and Hassan Yusseff (Canadian Labour Congress) and was built on a voluntary basis with the goal of accelerating recovery to normalcy. "Faster, Together" also provided creative resources for partner organizations. The goal is to raise awareness of the importance of vaccines among staff, colleagues and friends. Materials and content for TV, digital and social media are planned.

Canada's reopening to the United States and the rest of the world

Canada reopens its borders to Americans as of midnight Monday, Aug. 9, while September 7 is the date set for reopening to the rest of the world.
