In Milan, Eric Friedman, director of network development for the American airline JetBlue, spoke at a press conference about the possible development of intercontinental routes by the carrier, which recently launched its first connection between New York and London, These destinations would include all of northern Italy.
The A321 XLR is set to revolutionize the world of intercontinental travel with the ability to fly routes of nearly 9,000 km in a single-aisle aircraft. More than 450 planes have been ordered by dozens of airlines, and JetBlue will be one of the first customers to get their hands on this plane starting in 2022.

In recent days I made my first intercontinental flight aboard a Single-aisle aircraft, namely the A321LR in Tap Portugal livery.. True, taking such a trip aboard an A380 or A321 is like comparing a vacation on a yacht or a Cruise aboard the world's largest ship, however, as the future seems sealed, it is certain that the difference will be made by how the cabin, infotainment, and in-flight service will be set up.
