If you are planning a trip to New York, Now that the borders have finally reopened, you can sleep in a very special place. Or rather: a place that every TV series fan can't miss. What are we talking about? Of theCarrie's apartment in Sex and the City, recreated by AirBnb 23 years after the series first aired. And just before the release of the reboot, And Just Like That, due December 9 on HBO.

Carrie Bradshaw, aka Sarah Jessica Parker, in Sex and the City lives at the 66 Perry Street, in the West Village. And this is where fans of the series come, to admire its facade and to dream of being her. Now, however, it is possible to enter that house. And even sleep in it.
The initiative was initially designed for Americans only, who were able to book accommodation on Nov. 8 and then stay there for one night on Nov. 12. The price? Only 23 dollars, as the years have passed since the first installment. However, soon reservations will reopen (hopefully to Italians as well).

As stated in the AirBnb website, those staying in Carrie's apartment in Sex and The City can enter the iconic blue walk-in closet filled with vintage clothes and designer creations, sit in the leather armchair that saw the beginning of the love affair with Aidan, or admire the view of New York City from the desk (complete with the "original" Macbook).
Not only that, the reservation for two also includes(goes) brunch in Chelsea, the location of much chatter between Carrie and the girls.
AirBnb, on the occasion of the apartment opening, carried out a donation to The Studio Museum, a contemporary art museum that supports the work of artists of African descent.

But what are the Sex and the City locations that a true fan of the series can see in the course of a trip to New York? Apart from Carrie's apartment (which can be reached by the red subway, stopping at Christopher St - Sheridan Sq), there is the Magnolia Bakery in the West Village (where Carrie first told Miranda about Aidan). At 401 Bleecker Street/West 11th Street, it is a must stop for any sweet tooth (its cupcakes are to die for!).

Then there are the meeting and clashing places of couples. A Columbus Circle, in front of the fountain with the statue of Christopher Columbus, Carrie and Aidan separate. On Brooklyn Bridge Miranda and Steve meet. From Tiffany & Co., at 727 Fifth Avenue, Tray asks Charlotte to marry him. While Carrie and Big decide to do so inside the New York Public Library. And then Central Park, the "Little Church around the corner" where Samantha develops a crush on a Franciscan friar, the legendary Plaza Hotel. Because the bond between Sex and the City and New York is unbreakable. Today even more so.
