Adam Jenne quickly became web famous for a curious case, to say the least. The man told of being kicked off a flight of the United Airlines. The reason is related to the non-use of an anti Covid protective mask or, rather, a very original version of it. In fact, flight attendants found themselves witnessing the scene of a passenger reticent to use the sanitary device, but especially intent on cover her face with a thong.

A thong as a mask
Adam Jenne boarded a United Airlines flight at the Fort Lauderdale airport. The trip was supposed to take him to Washington. Impossible, however, to ignore his attitude, since he preferred not to cover his nose and mouth except with a thong, completely useless for the purpose of protection from contagion.
It goes without saying that the stunt quickly made the rounds of the Web and U.S. television stations. The staff had to cope with it, and here is the version of Jenne, interviewed by Fox News. For the man, there is no difference between the thong placed over his face and any face mask: "There is nothing more absurd than having to wear a face mask until arrival at cruise altitude, then ordering food and taking it off to eat it, as if nothing happened. Clarifying this by wearing women's underwear over the face seemed perfect to me."
The man told of being a repeat offender. If this time the thong affair caused a stir, it cannot be said to have been his debut. According to his words, would have happened at least a dozen times and the staff on board would behave differently from case to case: "Some were appreciative, others were confrontational."
LEAVE IT TO THE #FLORIDAMAN! This guy from Cape Coral tried wearing a #thong as a #mask On a United flight in Fort Lauderdale today. He was kicked off the plane. TSA and sheriff were called but passengers remained peaceful. #airtravel #Florida #aviation #travel pic.twitter.com/kUnkXrgTY8

The viral video
On Twitter, it is possible to stumble upon the video of Adam Jenne, who boarded in an anti-Biden T-shirt (Let's go Brandon). In the clip, he is seen wearing a red thong over his face, with a United Airlines flight attendant asking him to step off the aircraft. A TSA agent is eventually called in to help with the de-boarding process.
It was a story that sparked discussion, especially following the man's spontaneous statements. In fact, Jenne compared himself to Rosa Parks, made history for refusing her seat to a white passenger during segregation in 1955. It was a spark that started the fire of a social movement ready to explode in order to gain equal rights: "Everything that has brought about change in this country has come from ordinary people. Rosa Parks was not famous and she changed the course of history."
His view of the requirement to wear a mask would have met with the approval of other passengers, according to the man's account. According to his version of events, At least 12 people reportedly left the plane in its wake, in protest. This affair does not seem to have taught anything to Adam Jenne, who is ready to repeat the gesture, probably until he is placed on a no-fly list: "This makes no sense. Covid doesn't know we are reaching cruising altitude. It's all so stupid. This whole thing is simple theater."
