The offer is valid for reservations in North American establishments of all the French Accor group's brands. The promotion gives away the third or fifth night at participating properties.
The free night must be used during the same stay, in the same room. This means that the stay cannot be broken up or even combined two different reservations.

A one-night deposit is required, but the reservation is fully refundable (except at Fairmont Waterfront, Fairmont Kea Lani, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Fairmont Vancouver Airport, Fairmont Empress).
