Volotea today announced two new features that will enrich their own offered at the Cagliari airport: From May 30, in fact, the new flight to Nice, to which the connection to Lille will be added from June 2. The new route to Nice, which will be operated twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays), will provide more than 10,000 seats, while Lille is scheduled for 1 flight a week (Thursdays), for a total of about 4,400 seats on sale. With the 2 new routes, operated exclusively by Volotea, the destinations that can be reached from Cagliari aboard the carrier's fleet rise to 21.

Since its debut at the island's capital in 2012, Volotea has carried more than 1.69 million passengers to Cagliari, representing a total of more than 13,000 flights and a total offer of 1.95 million seats for sale."
"Volotea was awarded the territorial continuity tender and aims to strengthen its presence locally through a series of targeted investments and new routes.
