The A380 is the plane that has allowed companies to indulge. Never before had there been so much space aboard an aircraft, and carriers competed to find the fanciest solution to offer their passengers, especially those willing to pay to travel in first and business class.
The most outlandish idea had been Virgin Atlantic's Who, when he had ordered the giant made in Airbus, had also speculated about putting casino tables there. This idea never came to fruition, but many others did.
