Day after day we read about restrictions disappearing and travel becoming easier. Recently we have talked about Dubai and the Emirates which have greatly simplified the entry rules.
In this article:
Today is the turn of the Maldives, in the popular destination in the Indian Ocean as of Saturday, March 5, the rules have changed:
Vaccinated travelers will no longer have to submit a negative PCR test result either before arrival or before departure
Travelers will still need to fill out A pre-trip health declaration, but that is all.
It remains to be clarified whether resorts will also change the requirements for guests or retain additional restrictions.
In conclusion
Did you get your flight cancelled, miss your connection, land late?
You could get up to 600€ compensation per person
We have written this several times at the present time, pre-start buffer is an unnecessary source of stress. As well as additional cost to put into account if you want to travel. Today in Italy a PCR can cost even more than 100€, abroad even twice as much.
Eliminating this requirement to travel, or as done from Italy to return to our country, is definitely the correct step to take. As of today, it is expected that the United States will also make the same decision eliminating the requirement for a quick swab from all travelers headed to the States.
