Singapore, Hilton opened the group's largest hotel in Asia

The new Hilton Singapore Orchard has just opened its doors., a 1,080-room facility that takes the place of the equally historic Hilton Singapore, also located in the heart of Orchard Road, the beating heart of old Singapore.

Going to Singapore will now be (almost) like before

Singapore is a major business center and a destination World-renowned leisure for travelers around the world. The hotel is located in the heart of the city-state's nightlife, fashion and dining scene, with a direct connection to the luxury shopping mall Mandarin Gallery.

The Hilton Singapore Orchard features a modern and contemporary design that pays homage to Singapore's rich colonial history and agricultural heritage.

Botanical references are reflected in the hotel's artwork and interiors, embracing a seamless, eco-friendly guest experience. Energy-efficient technologies such as in-room motion sensors, air conditioning, and lighting are featured in every room and suite, while digital key access and smartphone-connected services provide added convenience for guests.

Lily; Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro, two Michelin stars, and the award-winning Chatterbox, famous for their local Singaporean delicacies, complement the stellar culinary offerings at the Hilton Singapore Orchard.

Of course, as in all Hilton Group facilities, you can stay at this hotel by accruing HH points or book using points to pay for the stay.

In Singapore there are three facilities in the group. A Conrad in the Marina area, a Garden Inn in Little India, and this new Hilton. Given the price and the fact that it is shiny and new, my choice would definitely fall on this facility rather than the luxurious but elderly Conrad.

Right now there is also a special rate to celebrate the opening that gives an extra 1,000 Honors points with each stay.
