After opening seven restaurants around the world, the exclusive Greek brand Estiatorio Milo has decided to expand its world with its first boutique hotel. Xenodocheio Milos is located at Athens, has 43 rooms and is a true minimalist temple with a focus on Greek gastronomy. Opened very recently, it affords wonderful views of Lycabettus Hill and the old Parliament and is already considered one of the best hotels in the city.

Passalaqua, Italy
Although it is by no means easy to stand out in a location like the Lake Como, the Passalacqua managed to get noticed even before it opened its doors. With 24 rooms, marble bathrooms and romantic rose gardens, it has been carved out of the 18th-century Villa Passalacqua, located in the town of Moltrasio on land that belonged to Pope Innocent XI. It is scheduled to open in late spring, but we're betting on it: it is one of the new boutique hotels that will be talked about in 2022.

The Residences Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, England
Although it stems from the well-known Mandarin hotel chain, which opened the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London in 2000, the Mayfair will have everything expected of a boutique hotel. With its 50 rooms, the new Mandarin Oriental Mayfair will be able to offer its guests, luxury, discretion and intimacy. The lucky ones will have to wait for its opening, scheduled for late summer.

Located in the beautiful Cote-d'Or wine region in Burgundy, the Como Le Motrachet will consist of 31 rooms divided into four historic buildings surrounded by vineyards. In this old COMO Group property, guests will have the feeling of being in an old French fairy tale, pampered by truly unique gastronomic and enological experiences. However, to be able to live this experience, one will have to wait a little longer: opening is expected in 2023.
