Ryanair, with its 66 aircraft in the fleet, is the airline scheduled to operate the most flights of all with the 737max in May (or 737/8200 as Irish low-cost has renamed it). According to Cirium's data there will be, net of cancellations, 66,634 flights operated worldwide with B737 in the two MAX 8 and MAX 9 variants in May.
Analysis by Simpleflying, a site specializing in aviation, reconstructed that there will be 26 routes that will see this model aircraft engaged at least once a day.
Of the 10 most popular routes, it emerges that Bergamo airport will be the absolute "Boeing 737max capital" given that of the 10 most popular routes across Ryanair's network as many as six see the 8200 land and take off from the Lombardy city, far more than from London Stansted, Ryanair's main airport.
