- The voucher is non-transferable, but can be used to issue tickets to assigned travelers at the discretion of the package owner by logging into the THAI Web site www.thaiairways.com using the PIN code and Royal Orchid Plus membership number. Who can purchase this package
- The TIME TO GOLD package is applicable for Royal Orchid Plus members. If you are not yet a member, the Royal Orchid Plus program is open to any person 2 years of age or older. For non-Royal Orchid Plus members, you must enroll before purchasing the package.
- The current Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold member can purchase the Time To Gold package as a gift for other people. In case the purchaser of the package is a Royal Orchid Plus Platinum or Gold member, the purchaser will receive 6,200 Royal Orchid Plus bonus miles as a gift. Bonus miles are valid only once during this promotion and will be credited to the eligible Royal Orchid Plus member account by August 31, 2022
- Royal Orchid Plus members who purchase the TIME TO GOLD package using Mastercard through the THAI website (www.thaiairways.com) will receive 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus bonus miles for each TIME TO GOLD package. The bonus miles will be credited to the eligible Royal Orchid Plus member account by August 31, 2022
- The TIME TO GOLD package is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Flown miles from the ticket redeemed using the airfare cash voucher will be credited to the traveler's Royal Orchid Plus account. Mileage accrual is subject to the terms and conditions of the Royal Orchid Plus program.
- The payment confirmation e-mail with electronic receipt will be sent to the registered e-mail within 24 hours of purchasing the "TIME TO GOLD" package. The receipt can only be issued at the time of purchase and cannot be issued at the time of ticket redemption.
