Today I want to focus on Emirates for two reasons. The first is that the Dubai-based carrier is one of the best for those who want to book an award ticket departing from Italy. The second is that Dubai is definitely a city to visit at least once in a lifetime.
What is a stopover
Briefly reminded that stopover is that Practice that allows you to stay in a city between connecting flights. In the case of an award ticket it again depends on the class of the ticket. One-way tickets are all saver, while for round-trip tickets special and promo fares are excluded from the possibility of having stopover.
How much does it cost and how to apply
As mentioned. Is free for all, just contact customer service before booking by doing it directly over the phone or after booking, of course making sure first that there are premium seats available on the day we are interested.
If a round-trip ticket is booked, however, it is the system that automatically offers the passenger to book a stopover, making it very easy to use.
