Summer 2022 was the first that saw the world free to travel again everywhere, or almost everywhere. Between spring and the beginning of the peak season, the remaining travel restrictions fell away, and today people are back to moving more or less freely, especially if vaccinated.
On the map of the few destinations still off limits is China, Hong Kong and Japan. Actually, the Rising Sun nation would also be open to tourists, but we are talking only about quota travel and for group trips run by tour operators.
