• A "stay" is defined as three (3) or more consecutive nights spent in the same facility.
• Registration is not required for this promotion.
• Marriott Bonvoy members earn 10,000 bonus points for each eligible paid stay in a participating rental home booked between September 6, 2022 (00:01 EDT) and September 21, 2022 (23:59 EDT) via the Homes & Villas by Marriott International website ("HVMI Platform"). Stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion accumulation period, beginning September 6, 2022, up to and including nights by December 31, 2022.
• Members earn five (5) basis points per U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all eligible expenses incurred and paid by the member through the HVMI platform.
• Bonus points from the promotion are in addition to base points and Elite bonus points earned per stay during the promotion accumulation period.
• Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to, taxes, reservation fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and additional services purchased and/or applied to house rentals booked through the HVMI Platform.
• Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are not eligible to earn for this promotion.
• Residences of participating Marriott brands may be featured on the HVMI platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.
• Stays with full redemption and cash and points redemption are not eligible for the promotion.
• Provided that the correct Marriott Bonvoy member account number is added as part of the booking process, points will automatically appear in the member's account from three (3) to six (6) weeks (21 - 42 days) after the completion of the stay.
• Members who choose to earn miles are not eligible for this promotion.
