At Baur au Lac we have been providing all this for more than 175 years. We are therefore happy to have the opportunity, thanks to SWISS, to offer such an experience to guests outside our hotel as well."
This type of experience is by no means new to SWISS customers. In fact, it is since December 2002 that the carrier has been offering a journey through Swiss cuisine on its long-haul flights. Various fine chefs are thus invited to present their home canton with a selection of exquisite recipes.
