Hilton Honors points are the currency of the loyalty program of the hotel chain of the same name. Points are accumulated, grauously, by staying in the group's approximately 8,000 hotels around the world. Basically you accumulate 10 points for every dollar spent, but it is possible to accumulate more than double these points always starting with $1.
What are Milestone Bonuses
Honors program milestones allow the user to receive bonus points upon reaching certain targets.
Specifically, users who stay at least 30 nights within a year can access these extra points, which can be combined with all other active promotions.
From 2023 it will return to pre-crisis levels, this means that bonuses will be triggered on the 40th night.
Upon reaching the 30th night you will get 10 thousand bonus points, which will be automatically credited to the balance of points accrued with the reservation that triggered the bonus.
From then on, every 10 nights you will receive another 10 thousand bonus points. Basically 1000 extra points for each stay. Not a few when you consider that in Bali and 50 other hotels around the world you can stay using only 5 thousand points per night.
Then there is a bonus in the bonus. If you reach 60 nights you will get 30 thousand points and not 10 thousand.
Which nights count toward Milestone Bonuses
The good thing is that they are worth every night: the paid ones, the premium ones, and the given ones. The rules are always the same. You must have booked directly on the site/app to trigger the accumulation.
So they also count stays booked with points and bonus nights that you get when there are promotions that give away qualifying double nights.

Even the free night you get by using points to stay 5 days (paying only 4 days) counts for counting purposes.
The only nights that do not count toward intermediate milestones are rollover nights, or those recovered from the previous year.
Other ways to accumulate points without staying
The best way is obviously stay in Hilton hotels by activating and taking advantage of all possible promotions, the other ways are to Transfer Membership Rewards points into Hilton program points for free.
The operation is free of charge, and there are also occasional bonuses that allow for a better conversion rate than the standard one.
It is also possible to convert points from airline programs to the Honors loyalty program, but it is a practice that I only recommend as a last resort if you have points/miles expiring and rather than losing them it makes sense to transfer them to Hilton where the points have eternal or nearly eternal life.
In conclusion
In this world, you have to collect as many points as possible, with the lowest possible economic investment. No matter if you only travel low-cost, the points you accumulate, bonuses and multipliers are the same for everyone.
