Wizz Air closes base in Bari and Raynair launches rescue fares

Ryanair launched rescue fees (rescue fares) from $29.99 to welcome Italian travelers Affected by Wizz Air's closure of its Bari base from Feb. 16.
Rescue fares are on sale on the company's website For travel to/from Bari, including major international routes such as Budapest, London, Prague, Skiathos, Sofia, Tel Aviv, Vienna and Warsaw, as well as domestic routes such as Milan, Turin, Venice and Verona.
Country Manager for Italy, Mauro Bolla, said: "While Wizz Air is closing another base in Italy, Ryanair once again rescues the situation with rescue fares (rescue fares) from only €29.99 to accommodate Italian travelers affected by Wizz Air's closure of its Bari base since Feb. 16."
