Emirates has started flying the first A380 with new interiors and cabins

This is the largest aircraft refurbishment program in aviation history. Emirates hired 190 people for this project and is working with 48 partners and industry experts who also recruited hundreds of skilled professionals. Engineers and technicians worked day and night to remove all the components of the A380's interior, reassembling them in a precise order and examining each part.
Technicians work on 2 aircraft at the same time. This means that one aircraft in the fleet will be suspended from service every 8 days and transferred to the Emirates Engineering facility.
By 2024, the 67 A380s that Emirates has selected for refurbishment will be back in service. In 2025, the company will work on the 53 Boeing 777s assigned to this initiative.
The refurbished A380 offers Emirates travelers in addition to first class, business and economy cabins now has available to them 56 seats in premium economy class On the main deck.
In the First and Business Class area of the upper deck, the seats have been upholstered in a soft cream-colored Emirates leather and enhanced with lighter-colored wood trim, like that which characterizes the airline's excellent "game changer" product
Emirates' distinctive ghaf tree design is featured prominently inside the aircraft, as are the hand-printed panels in the first-class spa shower. The A6-EUW will be the next aircraft to be refurbished by Emirates and work is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
