After announcing 16 million passengers in Italy in 2022, Wizz Air announces a new route from Catania to Milan Linate with two daily afternoon and evening flights.

The airline is moving 14 weekly flights from Milan Malpensa to Milan Linate Airport to offer Catanian travelers more convenient access to the city of Milan. Flights to Milan Linate will begin from March 26, 2023, while flights to Milan Malpensa will continue to be daily.
Milan is a popular business destination for Sicilian passengers, who often visit Italy's financial capital for short business trips. New flights to Linate Airport, located in the city, will allow passengers to reach important meetings more quickly and save time for business matters.

Moving most of our flights from Catania to Milan Linate will improve the travel experience for local passengers, allowing them to travel between the two cities easily and conveniently. For those accustomed to flying to Milan Malpensa, we will also continue to operate daily flights from Catania".
