Etihad increases flights from Rome Fiumicino to Abu Dhabi
Flying with Etihad from Rome will now be easier thanks to new direct connections to the UAE

There will be 11 weekly flights that Eithad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, will operate from Rome Fiumicino to Abu Dhabi, giving Italian passengers the opportunity to travel onward to all destinations in the EH network.
New flights with winter schedule
There will be four weekly extra services starting on November 4, 2023. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Will take off from Italy's best airport, and among the best in the world, two flights a day instead of only one.

Thanks to the codeshare agreement with ITA Airways, travelers will be able to board from Fiumicino to the EH network, and vice versa, passengers from Abu Dhabi will be able to take advantage of ITA Airways' domestic network and beyond.

Daily flight times remain, as always, in the morning: arrival in Rome at 6 a.m. and departure for Abu Dhabi at 9 a.m. Extra services, on the other hand, will be in the evening: arrival in Rome at 12 p.m. and departure from Rome at 9 p.m.
"Our second service to Rome has also been programmed to provide optimized local flight times for those visiting Abu Dhabi, with an evening departure and a convenient morning arrival to maximize time in the capital."

The flights will be operated with the Boeing 787, configured with the two travel classes: business and economy. There are no plans for the A350/1000 to be used on Italian routes in Rome and Milan, flagship along with the revived A380 in Etihad's fleet.
