All World Business Class passengers have direct aisle access. Each seat has a lightweight sliding door that can be easily opened and closed so that the seat can be closed for more privacy when working, relaxing and/or sleeping.
Multiple personal adjustment options and user-friendly features, including an adjustable lumbar support and a relaxation setting with a subtle back massage function. The seat can be fully reclined to form a comfortable bed 198 cm long.
There are multiple charging outlets that are easily accessible and clearly visible, and passengers also have a wireless charging option.
Passengers can Store your personal belongings in a lockable compartment, which also has a built-in mirror. The seat has a recessed bottle holder, so passengers can safely leave a bottle of water on the tabletop, even during turbulence.

For its new World Business Class, KLM chose to install Jamco Venture seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. These Jamco Venture seats had previously been installed in World Business Class aboard KLM's Boeing 787 fleet.
