To lighten the load at check-in counters at Dubai Airport, the airline has launched a promotion that allows passengers to earn bonus points if they conduct baggage check-in operations in the city, taking advantage of the special desks at the ICD Brookfield Place.
It is available from 24 hours before take-off to 4 hours before the flight, at the Emirates City Check-in and Travel Store which is open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

What is doubly interesting is that the credited miles will also be qualifying, that is, useful for status renewal. Depending on the status held you will get the following bonuses:
