New partner for Volare, now accumulating points with MEA as well

As of today, August 1 there is a fourth airline to become a partner of Volare, ITA Airways' loyalty program.

Who is MEA, Middle East Airlines

Middle East Airlines (MEA) is the national airline of Lebanon founded in 1945, MEA has grown over the years to become one of the most highly regarded airlines in the Middle East region.

MEA operates from Beirut, Lebanon's capital, and offers an extensive network of routes connecting Lebanon to domestic and international destinations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and (a few) other parts of the world.

MEA has a fleet of only Airbuses consisting of A321neo, A320/200 and for long-haul a series of A330/200. In June 2019, Middle East Airlines (MEA), signed an order to purchase four A321XLRs (with delivery between 2024 and 2025), will thus be the launch customer for the latest version of the A321neo family, the one intended for changing the world of intercontinental travel.
