Skyalps flies from Verona to Rome twice daily soon to include connections to Cuneo and Crotone
Italian airline SkyAlps expands its offer and opens the Rome Fiumicino-Verona connection, two direct round-trip flights daily Monday through Friday

A direct flight between Rome Fiumicino and Verona airport took off yesterday for the first time, the debut of a connection intended primarily to connect, faster the Veneto region with the capital.

SkyAlps, an Italian airline founded in 2021, Connects 12 Italian and European destinations. The fleet consists of 6 DASH-8 Q-400 aircraft - short-to-medium-range twin-turboprop aircraft with noise and CO2 significantly lower than other regional jets.

Shift times halved
Starting today, the company will connect Verona with Rome Fiumicino in a 60-minute flight. The connection is proposed as a faster alternative to surface transportation with a Double daily round-trip flight Monday through Friday and a single link on Saturdays and Sundays. To cut travel time in half and ensure maximum comfort, it was extended opening of check-in desks (up to 35 minutes before takeoff at Rome-Fiumicino Airport and up to 20 minutes before departure at Verona Airport).

Additional connections to and from Rome starting in October
As of 2 of October SkyAlps will connect Rome with Croton in territorial continuity with daily flights. In addition, from Oct. 30, direct connections between Rome and Wedge Four times a week.
