We have already talked about Beond, the Maldives' new premium airline to fly aboard "all business" planes in the Indian Ocean paradise. The news is that pictures of the preparation of the livery of the first aircraft in the Airbus A321ceo fleet that the new airline will use to fly from Malé to Europe have surfaced on social media.

The carrier has ambitious goals and aims to operate from 50 destinations by 2028. But either way, it wants to push the concept and offerings toward affordable luxury.
The flagship
The livery judging from the renders put online with the company's launch is beautiful, albeit on a small A321 and not on the fuselage of a twin-aisle aircraft.
Judging from the photos posted on official channels It seems to be close to the unveiling of the first plane, the one that will be used for the launch while waiting for other aircraft to be added to the fleet, all strictly narrow-body. A choice designed to keep down the costs of both building and maintaining a fleet that will need to be a minimum of 20 aircraft within the next five years to achieve its goals.
The airline has opened the ticket sales for the first flights and the offer includes three types of call rates Delight, Bliss and Opulence.
All three provide fully reclining seats, and the same level of catering and entertainment on board. The differences are on other services: from the 40 kg of luggage to be checked in with Delight up to the 60 Kg for Opulence; going through fast track to lounge access to limousine transfer to the airport.
Doing a simulation in November, the price for a flight round trip from Zurich is around the $4,100 in Delight class, going up to $4,700 for the highest fare, Opulence.
