Anko van der Werff, president and CEO of SAS wrote an email to all members of the Eurobonus loyalty program to explain the next steps in connection with the entry of new shareholders into the share capital. With an investment of more than $1.1 billion, the new shareholding structure will feature Castlelake, L.P., Air France-KLM, and Lind Invest along with the Danish state.
