Emirates has long had an agreement with Trenitalia, an agreement that also allows you to book the integrated train+airplane ticket, and now there is an interesting promotion dedicated to frequent passengers of Trenitalia.

If you are a CartaFRECCIA Gold or Platinum member, you can have access to the Emirates lounges in Rome Fiumicino and Milan Malpensa.
To gain access to the Lounges, you must show your CartaFRECCIA Oro or Platino, in paper or digital format, as well as an Emirates airline ticket, for any destination, that provides for flight departure on the same day of Lounge entry.
Access is not allowed to any accompanying persons. Entrance to Emirates Lounges is allowed until December 31, 2023.
