The African nation's government has decided to allow travel to all travelers, holding any nationality, without any restrictions.

As of January 1, 2024, a visa will no longer be required for Kenya: you will, however, need to obtain an entry authorization (eTA), before you begin your trip, by registering on the www.etakenya.go.ke. Those who hold visas, obtained under the previous system, will not have to re-register: visas already issued will, in fact, be valid even in 2024.
