#2 It must be able to be embarked without any "fuss"
It can always happen that we have to board the trolley, and once Freed from any prohibited items in checked baggage, must be handed in at the chek-in desk or to gate attendants.
The suitcase is perfectly fine to travel as checked baggage, TSA-approved double lock, i.e., up to standard for airport inspections without having to be broken into. However, it must be durable to protect the contents and not arrive at its destination in a thousand pieces, which of course can always happen if baggage handlers use them like at an anger management class.
#3 must flow smoothly in all directions
I travel miles with the trolley and for me therefore the smoothness of the suitcase is crucial, especially when in addition to the contents it has to hold the weight of the backpack.
Therefore, I need to be able to dock my backpack and carry it around without fear of it becoming unbalanced or falling off, putting all the electronics I carry with me on every trip at risk. PS if it looks strange to you how the backpack is positioned in this photo it is because of the "fault" of the backpack not the trolley.
#4 must be pleasing to the eye and not cost a fortune
Aesthetics, in this case, is of secondary importance. Sure it comes in two finishes so you can choose the one you like best, but it is a "means of transportation" that sooner or later will be full of marks, so it cannot be an investment in the long run, because sooner or later I get tired of it and want to change. This then also affects the price that I am willing to pay for this type of object.
