We have reached the halfway point, in 48 hours many accounts will reset (not all) and will begin the run-up to status renewal toward 2025. In keeping with tradition I take stock of the year that will end in a few hours And what will be my 2024 goals.

Mission accomplished
One of the personal goals for this 2023 was to fly on the highest possible number of A380s and I must say that it turned out much better than expected. In terms of status and loyalty cards, I must say that I was able to renew everything that I wanted to renew.

Throughout 2024 I will be Diamond with Hilton and Titanium Elite with Marriott, one year less separating me from the achieve status for life, the one that gives you peace of mind and allows you to forget about deadlines and the like.
I lost the gold level with Emirates and could not renew the Executive card with ITA Airways.. In the first case I will only be silver in the Skywards program, in the second case I have cut off on the wire the 60 thousand points useful to renew the Premium level.
However, I was able to renew the level Gold in the executive club of British Airways and are already well on their way to maintaining it until October 2025. Thanks to the latest flare-up of covid aid from Singapore Airlines. I had no problem renewing my Gold Star Alliance card, talking about Skyteam I focused all my travels on the my Flying Blue profile where I hold on to the Club2000 card..
Road to 2024
As I have written several times I will try to write and review not only hotels in the Marriott and Hilton group, although these hotels will always be my main target audience in order to renew statuses. Regarding loyalty cards much of my strategy will depend on the marriage between ITA and Lufthansa. If the move to Star Alliance materializes I will abandon the Gold card with Singapore Airlines and concentrate everything on Volare.
I have until September to renew my Gold membership in the British Airways executive club, and I am already at 1000 tier points out of the required 1500. While my Club2000 Flying Blue status will expire in April, if it is not renewed I will "simply" go back to Platinum and definitely try to renew the tier.
TFC's 2023
Of TFC's 2023 I wrote recently, now. I can officially say that it has become a 100% job.. This year's goal was to launch and Grow the YouTube channel, and we have succeeded, in addition to this we have launched our shop and started selling a number of products under our own brand, but the best thing is that with our store we decided to Support a reality like Flying Angels.
We opened our whatsapp channel which quickly became, with over 6500 subscribers, the fastest way to communicate breaking news to our readers. Our newsletter averages 10 new subscribers per day and every Saturday morning it arrives in the box of thousands of travelers.
Bum hunting was, along with the sunday quiz, the news of 2023. And the news is that all these initiatives will continue through 2024.
The 2024 wishlist
Now it is time to put down on paper where we want to go with TFC in the year ahead.
The main goal is to continue to grow the community and to do that I want to try to bring more and more unique offers to TFC readers. Already today we have an exclusive promotion to those who become holders of Mooncard, the only payment system in Italy that allows you to accumulate Flying Blue points. They are working to have other unique offerings like the one we saw recently with the 30k M&M points from Lufthansa and how the Flying Blue welcome megabonus.
I am working with many others to bring other initiatives to the Italian market and especially to make the voice of Italian frequent flyers heard. In our youtube channel will come a lot of challenges and some new faces, because it can't always be all on the shoulders of the bum, I hope these new things will please the community and contribute in the growth of the project.
Last but not least
