British Airways systems crashing, unable to access accounts and use miles for days

I have to admit that when I called the British Airways executive club this morning I was in a cold sweat., I was afraid that what I recounted some time ago had happened to me as well: That is, I was afraid that my account had been stolen. With my precious Avios.
Unable to access my personal account
This morning to help a reader I tried to access my account on the BA.com site, nothing. Incorrect credentials, impossible because my password is saved and not typed in by hand. I then try from APP and breathe a sigh of relief, I go in and see everything: points and reservations.
For the avoidance of doubt, I refresh the page and I magically get kicked out of the app. I try password recovery but nothing happens. I'm starting to get seriously worried.
I call the executive club, I have Gold status and should have no problem talking to an operator. Who answers me in broken Italian, but I don't formalize. I explain the problem, ask to verify my account. And he confirms to me that everything is okay. I then ask to reset the password and he greets me saying that he sent the email for the procedure. I cordially thank him.
I click on the link and end up nowhere, I start worrying again.
Recall Executive Club
A few hours later I try again, convinced that the down has been resolved, but nothing. I call the most exclusive cardholder line again and a new attendant, in even more stammering Italian stops me right away and says, "Domain is not configured?" I answer Yes.
Her response leaves me dumbfounded, "It's been like this for days, we can't do anything about it, and like her it happens to everyone." At this point I ask why I had not been told this morning and comes the piquant (and a tad rude) reply, "I'm saying it now."
In conclusion
Really a difficult thing to understand how such a disruption is possible for a company like British Airways.
