Air Mauritius returns to Italy, direct flight from Rome Fiumicino returns from Oct. 16

Air Mauritius, the national airline of Mauritius, Will operate two weekly flights from Rome to Mauritius starting from October 16, 2024 until April 30, 2025.

An Airbus A330-900neo configured with a two-class layout (28 seats in Business Class and 260 seats in Economy Class) will serve the route from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Rome Fiumicino to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, Mauritius.

Air Mauritius also offers daily flights from Paris CDG and London Gatwick, as well as two weekly seasonal flights each year from Geneva between October and April.

Air Mauritius' long-haul fleet includes 04 Airbus A350-900, 02 Airbus A330-900neo, and 02 Airbus A330-200. 03 additional new Airbus A350-900 aircraft are expected starting in 2026, while the regional fleet consists of 04 ATR 72 aircraft.
