Following the opening - in 2022 - of the Hotel Cosmopolita, Hilton plans to open another Tapestry Collection-branded boutique hotel in the capital by next year. The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection by Hilton - located in a great location, a few meters from the Vatican Museum - will have 73 rooms, a spa area, an outdoor terrace as well as a restaurant and bar. Hilton, for the development of the hotel - which Will be inaugurated within the next year - entered into a franchise agreement with Spring House ltd, a company that has operated the hotel since 1969.

The hotel will be developed in a building with important historical and cultural value (some parts of it, in fact, were built in the 15th century) and will offer 74 rooms; work is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
