Rome, Naples e Perugia. These are these Italian cities chosen by the Hilton giant for the opening of three new properties branded Tapestry Collection, present in Italy since 2022; with the opening of these new hotels, Hilton facilities present in the Bel Paese will be 39.
With these new openings This will bring to 5 the number of facilities of this brand, which today is already present in Rome (Cosmopolita) and Venice/Mestre (Ambasciatori).
Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican
Following the opening - in 2022 - of the Hotel Cosmopolita, Hilton plans to open another Tapestry Collection-branded boutique hotel in the capital by next year. The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection by Hilton - located in a great location, a few meters from the Vatican Museum - will have 73 rooms, a spa area, an outdoor terrace as well as a restaurant and bar. Hilton, for the development of the hotel - which Will be inaugurated within the next year - entered into a franchise agreement with Spring House ltd, a company that has operated the hotel since 1969.
Palazzo Caracciolo Naples
The New Naples Tapestry - which follows the 2020 opening of The Britannique Curio Collection - Will rise in an ancient palace from the 13th century which, throughout history, has been the home of Joachim Murat. The hotel, who Will maintain a renaissance style and will pay homage to Neapolitan history and culture, will have as many as 145 rooms, a gymnasium, a wellness area, a restaurant and a bar. The hotel-which will rise through a franchise agreement with the company Ownco-is currently under renovation and Will be renamed Palazzo Caracciolo Naples, Tapestry Collection by Hilton by spring of this year.
La Rosetta Hotel Perugia
With the opening of La Rosetta Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Perugia, the hôtellerie giant will land for the first time in Umbria. The hotel will be developed in a building with important historical and cultural value (some parts of it, in fact, were built in the 15th century) and will offer 74 rooms; work is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
