Do you have Gold Star Alliance status and fly economy? Here are your lounges at Singapore Changi

Singapore Changi is the best airport in the world, is the home of Singapore Airlines, the best airline in the world. So many carriers fly here, from all over the world, it is a very important stopover because it is also used as a "pit stop" by several carriers to/from Australia.
What is surprising, for example, is that excluding the home company there are lounges from as many as 4 oneWorld companies, no Skyteam in addition to the ubiquitous Emirates.
Then of course there are lots of independent lounges and if you want to have a Pool where you can take a dip before your flight.
What to know
They are two rooms at T3 and T2, respectively., operated directly by Singapore Airlines and available to all passengers who fly with a Star Alliance airline and have Gold status in one of the carriers participating in the largest of the aviation alliances.
Basically, those traveling in business class or first class have access to the respective lounges in Singapore located in the same terminals, conversely if you have status but travel in economy or premium economy you can access these lounges.
Silverkris Gold Lounge T3
It is definitely the more beautiful of the two, was recently renovated and is A short distance from the "beautiful" halls of Singapore Airlines..
It is a large open space overlooking the terminal, like the business lounge. Lots of light, nice view of the runway, but as is often the case with "open air" lounges much louder than one instead with walls and ceiling.
We could call it a large living room with an equally large buffet area.
If there is little imagination in the main lounge of the flag carrier of the Asian city-state, there is even less effort here.
Lots of seating many with power outlet and USBc sockets, but little else. Or perhaps it would be better to say nothing else.
Silverkris Gold Lounge T2
In general, the two lounges in this terminal are more than a step below those in T3, considering that one can move easily and quickly by skytrain I would choose to go to the other one.
This one has no view and is darker, but at least it is quieter.
There is a buffet here as well, which is nothing more than a reduction of the main lounge offerings. This is not hard to imagine since the management and catering is still Singapore Airlines.
At the service level, they both offer the bare minimum
In conclusion
I would be curious to know why Lufthansa and United treat those with status better than the mere business class passenger, while companies like Qatar or Singapore do the exact opposite. Have an idea? leave it in the comments
