It is a period of big news for the German national airline Lufthansa. In the coming months, not only will the new Allegris cabins officially take off but will be introduced, on long-haul flights, a new culinary offerings.
Fresh bread in the air, what goodness

Business class passengers, exclusively on long-haul flights departing from Germany, from the coming months will be able to enjoy a special type of bread created exclusively for Lufthansa by the baker Axel Schmitt, World Baker of the Year 2022.
The bread, handmade and baked fresh daily, will contain no additives and will be served as appetizer along with high-quality butter and olive oil. Not only that, Lufthansa announced that. every quarter travelers will be offered a different kind of bread, specially created by Schmitt.
Avionic, the new welcome cocktail: cheers
One of the aspects most appreciated by passengers flying business class or, even, first class is the fact of Being pampered as soon as you get on board with some snacks and a welcome cocktail.
Lufthansa plans to improve this and, in the near future, will offer business passengers on long-haul flights a new drink, the Avionic, accompanied by a few nuts. L'Avionic Apéritif, created by the Ziegler distillery in collaboration with the mixologist Sven Riebel, presents notes of peach and wild herbs and will be served with tonic water and ice.
Amuse-bouche, fresh fruit and Lindt chocolates: one pampering after another, from the beginning to the end of the flight
Also, for the first time, the German company - before appetizers - will serve business customers a amuse-bouche vegetarian; fresh fruit will also be added to the dessert selection.
As for the "mid-flight snack," new snacks and fruit will be served depending on the length of the route and time of day: on longer flights, however, customers will enjoy new proposals, sweet or savory according to taste, such as tomato and mozzarella skewers and wraps with pastrami.
Finally, from June, each passenger will be gifted with a small box of Lindt chocolates In exclusive Lufthansa-branded packaging.
