This is one of those news items that I would never want to write., it is not a simple depreciation, but of an outright removal of one of the few opportunities to book a ticket with points to make the round the world tour.
The news appeared like a bolt out of the blue, As of May 1, it will no longer be possible to issue RTW award tickets (Round The World) using points from the Singapore Airlines loyalty program, One of the two frequent flyers that made a complicated operation simple, that is, to encapsulate in a single PNR an itinerary to go around the globe.
