Located in the Tholos region of northwestern Santorini, Domes Novos is the new (as well as the first) hotel from the Greek luxury brand on the island and is the sixth property Autograph Collection, one of the group's insignia Marriott.
Created by Kiros Pagkalidis Architecs-in collaboration with interior designer Olivia Siskou and Fytron Landscapes-the Domes Novos Santorini, combining luxury with a sustainable approach, is to great architectural impact and presents a sophisticated design thanks to the use of local materials such as volcanic stone and blond oak; the airy interiors feature a neutral palette of terracotta, cool whites and ash gray.

As mentioned, inside the Domes Novos Santorini is a restaurant led by visionary chef Dionysis Anastopoulos. Authentic culinary experiences focused, of course, on local offerings-this is the goal of the chef, who also aims to bring people closer to the Greek tradition through his cuisine.
There is also no shortage of exclusive Soma Spa "The Refined": guests can choose from traditional spa rituals, the underground pool, meditation and yoga, and the gym.
