- St. Paul's Church: In the city's historic center is the Church of St. Paul, characterized by a dome covered with colorful majolica tiles. Inside, it is also possible to admire several frescoes by painter Alberto Sanna, a polychrome marble balustrade and several silver art objects kept in the sacristy.
What to eat in Olbia?
Like the other cities of Sardinia, Olbia has a strong gastronomic tradition. Among the must-try dishes are those based on fresh fish, such as fregola (toasted semolina pasta) topped with clams, or the chowder.
