A new "member get member" initiative by Volare is back, the loyalty program of ITA Airways which offers the opportunity to introduce new members and obtain a reciprocal points bonus.
Unlike past similar promotions, this time there is a small but substantial difference: In order to get the bonus, it will no longer be enough just to sign up the new member, but it will be necessary for the newly enrolled person to also make a flight between May 20, 2024 and September 30, 2024.
The bonus per presenter and friend presented will be 2 thousand points each, with each member having the opportunity to accumulate up to 10 thousand free fly points through this promotion. There is time until June 17 to register for Volare using a friend's invitation.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Member Get Member promotion ("Promotion") is organized by. Flying Loyalty S.p.A. and Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. ("ITA Airways") and allows existing Volare Members (meaning both Adult Members and Minor Members, as defined in the Volare Program Rules) (each an "Invitee" and collectively "Invitees") to accrue the right to earn Non-Qualifying Volare Points ("NQ") by inviting individuals to (a) enroll as Volare Members (each an "Invitee" and collectively "Invitees") in the Volare Program and (b) complete an Eligible Transaction (as defined in Section 7 below). In these terms and conditions, Invitees and Invited Members will be collectively referred to as "Participants."
2. This Promotion begins on May 20, 2024, and ends on June 17, 2024, unless extended. ("Promotion Entry Period").
3. All Volare members at the beginning of the Promotion Entry Period can participate as Promotion Invitees.
4. Invitees may participate in this Promotion by providing Invitees with their invitation code viewable in Volare's Personal Area by accessing it via the web only. Invitees must then register for Volare using the above information and within the Promotion Entry Period. Each Invitee must also make an Eligible Transaction, as defined in Section 7 below between May 20, 2024 and September 30, 2024 ("Eligible Transaction Period").
5. The Inviter will receive 2,000 Flying NQ points provided the following conditions are met:
a) Invitees must successfully register as new Volare members by entering the Invitee's invitation code in the "INVITE CODE" section of the Web or APP Registration Form on https://www.ita-airways.com/, within the Promotion Entry Period.
b) Once registration is complete, the Invitee will receive a welcome email from Volare, containing his/her Volare membership number.
(c) The 'Invitee must then make an Eligible Transaction with his/her new Volare card number within the Eligible Transaction Period.
6. Regardless of the number of Invitees, each Invitee may earn up to a maximum of 10,000 Flying NQ points from the Promotion, equivalent to 5 Invitees who have made an Eligible Transaction in the eligible period indicated.
7. An eligible transaction refers to the following transaction:
(a) use of a flight sold and operated by ITA Airways on https://www.ita-airways.com/ between May 20, 2024 and September 30, 2024 ("Eligible Transaction").
Please note that in order to complete the Eligible Transaction, the Invitee must associate his/her Volare card number at the time of ticket purchase or at the time of check-in if he/she purchased the flight sold and operated by ITA Airways prior to enrolling in the Volare program. It should also be noted that any flight purchased and used for the purpose of the Eligible Transaction may not be purchased on a cash/point basis.
8. Volare reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise modify this Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion, bringing such variations to the attention of Participants in the same manner in which it has made the Promotion known.
9. Volare reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of Invitees and Invitees to the Promotion. Deletion of an account belonging to an Inviter or Invitee automatically excludes its participation in the Promotion.
10. Enrollments in the Volare program, by Invitees, must be made in accordance with the enrollment process set forth in the Volare program regulations. Volare NQ points must be used in accordance with the Volare program terms and conditions available at: https://www.ita-airways.com/it_it/volare/theprogram/regulations.html.
11. Both Invitees and Invitees will see the Volare NQ points accumulated in accordance with this Promotion credited to their Volare accounts within 60 days of the Invitee's use of a ticket for a flight sold and operated by ITA Airways.
12. Invitees may refer an unlimited number of Invitees, subject to the maximum limit of Volare NQ points that can be earned as stated in clause 6 above. Invitees will not be deemed to have made a successful referral if the Invitee is an existing Volare member.
13. Each Volare member may hold only one Volare membership account. Any fraudulent or duplicate Volare account, including the original Volare account held, will be suspended and excluded from the Promotion.
14. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that all personal data submitted (including their name, Volare Code and email address) may be collected, used or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by Volare for the purposes of the Promotion. Processing of participants' personal data will be done in accordance with Volare's Privacy Policy.
15. In connection with any report, the Invitee declares that he/she has not unlawfully received the invitation code from the Inviter.
16. Corporations and other legal entities may not participate in Promotion.
17. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification of the Participant at any stage of the Promotion.
